My work is rooted in transformation - guided by mindfulness and somatic practices and my belief that we all do the best we can with the tools we have. I’ve learned that deep, insightful and sometimes challenging questions and guidance are essential to unlocking growth, shaping who we are, and improving our work and our impact in the world. I am a coach, facilitator and consultant with over 30 years of leadership experience in the broad field of public health.
I bring a mix of real-world experience, candor and expertise. More importantly, I’ve walked many paths. I’ve led public sector and non-profit organizations and navigated complex bureaucracies, all while staying true to myself as best as possible. I practice meditation and somatic movement therapies, cultivate meaningful connections, have gained and lost relationships, and have raised children. Life has brought challenges and I am here to help others explore who they want to become and how they can get there - guiding them through their own challenges and stuck places and helping them to come out the other end stronger, more resilient, and more fully themselves.
After over 35 years of working in public service, I have transitioned to coaching and facilitating individuals and groups interested in personal and professional growth in service to themselves, their relationships, and their communities. Throughout my work, I have been known for bringing compassion, humanity, mindfulness and insight. I have continually sought personal and organizational growth and development.
I retired from the New Mexico Department of Health in 2023, and haven’t retired from work or life. I now bring my passions to my coaching and consulting practice.
